The electric ignition device of blown down fuel gas designed and manufactured by our company is a kind of handling arrangement used in blown down natural gas, the tail gas from collecting and distributing station of natural gas and from refinery. And being a kind of security and environmental protection equipment, the equipment may be used to have the blown down harmful gas ignited and burned to prevent the environment and security from being endangered.
The equipment, apart from being used in the refinery and gas distribution station, may be matched with the separator of drilling liquid and gas. And now, as a matured product it has been extensively used in petroleum drilling engineering. Equipment has been popularly used in Xinjiang autonomous region and gas and oil field, in many foreign countries including Iran, Egypt and Venezuela, etc.
The device is mainly consisted of gas burner (torch) of DN200 (or DN150), electric flame igniter of type GDH-2, fire-leading implement (such as liquefied gas pot, and hose, etc.), separator of drilling liquid and gas (to be matched for drilling engineering), etc. The product, with electric ignition circuit of high performance adopted, main components imported from abroad and other components and cable being domestic high quality products, is stable for performance and reliable for working.
Working procedure:
1. Have the flammable gas conveyed to the air intake of gas burner (torch) through the pipeline installed at the safe area.
2. Connect and start rheotrope of electric ignition device and electric circuit of voltage amplification.
3. Open the liquefied gas pot and ignite fire-leading tube through operating electric igniter (ignition at first stage), or with the fire-leading gas valve of emptying gas directly opened, ignite fire-leading tube through electric igniter (ignition at first stage).
4. Open gas blown down valve and ignite the blown down gas through the flaming fire-leading tube (ignition at second stage).
5. Have the liquefied gas pot closed with fire-leading tube put out, letting the blown down flammable gas to freely burning..........
